💰 NDA Cadet Fees and Expenses (Official Details)
🇮🇳 1. NDA Training Fee
At the National Defence Academy (NDA), Khadakwasla (Pune) —
no tuition or training fee is charged.
✅ The Government of India bears all expenses related to:

In short, training is completely free for all NDA cadets.
🪖 2. Initial Deposit (Joining Time Par)
When you first join NDA, you have to deposit some amount for uniforms and personal items.
This is a one-time refundable deposit — around ₹50,000 to ₹60,000 (approx).

This is the same for all cadets in the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings during training.
🪙 4. After Commission (IMA / AFA / NA)
After completing 3 years of NDA training, cadets go to their respective academies (IMA / AFA / INA) for 1 year.
During this period, they continue to receive stipend and all facilities free of cost.
